Let’s go to enjoy Riva del Garda’s BAYERN BASKETBALL show in a rush!

The long-awaited Half Marathon is one of the many sporting events taking place in Garda Trentino. The calendar of events (many of which have tradition and are well-known worldwide) is long and stretches all over the year. The area between the lake and the mountain has had a vocation for outdoor activities since always, thanks to the climate, the terrain suited to many fascinating disciplines and the high-quality accomodation standards (which go well beyond sport).

Over the years, besides being an ideal location for those who are into running, Garda Trentino has earned a reputation as an ideal destination for sailing, hiking, cycling (in all its disciplines) and climbing. It has also become a destination for many professional teams during the annual training camp. Bayern Munchen, one of the strongest football teams in the world, has stayed here in recent years, each time expressing a huge satisfaction towards the quality of infrastructures and facilities they have met.

Those who are fond of sport shouldn’t miss another important appointment, as the FC Bayern Basketball will be these days in Garda Trentino for a pre-season camp. The highlight of their stay will be on Thursday, August 27, when there’s scheduled a test match that will see Bayern (2014 German Champion and 2015 finalist) face Dolomiti Energia Trentino, a team which plays in Italy’s top basketball division.
