10K GARDA TRENTINO 2025 – GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITION

PREMISE: PARTICIPATION LIMIT MAXIMUN 1.500 ATHLETES   

THE RACE
On Sunday 9 November 2025, Trentino Eventi S.S.D.R.L. is organizing the 10a 10K GARDA TRENTINO. 

REGISTRATION and PARTICIPATION

10K GARDA TRENTINO is a COMPETITIVE and NON-COMPETITIVE race open to everyone on the last 10 km of the Garda Trentino Half Marathon race course. The start is from the Baltera Street in Riva del Garda and the finish line is in Riva del Garda on the beach.

If you run with tourist-sporting goals in the not agonistic race it will be enough to register online and then sign and upload the 10K Garda Trentino liability waiver form.
If you prefer to take part in the agonistic race, and have the chance to compete for a prize and be included in the ranking list you have to:

  • hold membership of a foreign Sports Federation affiliated with WA/IAAF and in this case you have to provide Trentino Eventi S.S.D.R.L. with a copy of the association license or a self declaration in which you declare that you are affiliated with a sports club;

NON COMPETITIVE
The event is open to all athletes being at least 14 years old, nordic walkers and fit walkers included. Underage athletes need the authorization of a parent or of anybody having their custody. With the registration each participant declares to be in a healthy condition to take part in the race. With this form the athlete waives, releases and forever discharges the event organizers for all his/her liabilities, claims, actions, or damages that he/she may have against them arising out of or in any way connected with the participation in the race.

Please note: after registration there is no right to claim a refund of the participation fee or the issue of a starter voucher for a later event.
According to the rules of the Italian Republic and the Italian Athletics Federation, to participate in a competitive race in Italy, a foreign athlete who is not registered for an Athletics Federation must:

  • provide a medical certificate (issued in his/her country) in compliance with the legislation on health protection in competitive sports practice in force in Italy
  • possess a RUNCARD (issued by the Italian Athletics Federation) valid at the date of the race

18,00 € for registration from 1 March until 30 April *  
23,00 € for registration from 1 May until 30 June * 
28,00 € for registration from 1 July until 31 August *
33,00 € for registration from 1 September until 31 October *   
*subject to early closure upon reaching 1.500 athletes

“SOLIDARITY” REGISTRATION FEES (The “SOLIDARITY” fee of €2.00 will be paid to one of the associations listed on the Charity Program page on our website www.trentinoeventi.it)
20,00 € for registration from 1 March until 30 April *  
25,00 € for registration from 1 May until 30 June * 
30,00 € for registration from 1 July until 31 August *
35,00 € for registration from 1 September until 31 October *   
*subject to early closure upon reaching 1.500 athletes

GROUP REGISTRATION:
One free entry every 10 paid subscriptions. The money will not be refunded in any circumstances.

ENTRY CONFIRMATION
It will be possible to verify the entry status by following the directions on the following website www.trentinoeveni.it. The assignment of the race number will take place just a few days before the race. A few days before the race, all athletes enrolled will receive an e-mail valid as official “letter of confirmation”. This email will contain all the basic instructions for the race number pick-up and race participation. You do not need to print a hard copy of the email itself; you can bring it on a device like a smartphone or tablet.

PAYMENT
The entry fee is paid by direct debit or by credit card. Please note that when paying by credit card a processing fee of about 2,00/3,00 Euro will be incurred. Incorrect statements and administrative fees arising through this shall be borne by the participant.

THE REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDES:

  • race number, personalized if registered by 20.10 (max 30 characters);
  • insurance against civil liability;
  • technical and medical assistance;
  • rental of disposable chip;
  • race pack containing sponsor’s products;
  • official sport waisty bag;
  • refreshment station after the finish line with take away;
  • finisher’s medal (only for finisher athletes);
  • toilets at the PalaFiere;
  • rankings (ONLY FOR COMPETITIVE)
  • participation diploma downloadable from the website trentinoeventi.it;
  • personal clothes deposit at the PalaFiere;
  • free access to all tastings during the Expo days as per schedule;
  • post-race transportation from arrival area to PalaFiere.

BIB NUMBER PICK UP
The race packet with the bib number and the official backpack could be picked up on
Friday 7    : Exposport – PalaFiere – in Riva del Garda from 03,00 pm. to 07,00 pm.
Saturday 8: Exposport – PalaFiere – in Riva del Garda from 10,00 am. to 07,00 pm.
Sunday 9  : Exposport – PalaFiere – in Riva del Garda from 07,00 am. to 08,45 am.

With the registration each participant declares to be in a healthy condition to take part in the race. With this form the athlete waives, releases and forever discharges the event organizers for all his/her liabilities, claims, actions, or damages that he/she may have against them arising out of or in any way connected with the participation in the race.

IMPORTANT
Registration forms for minors must be signed by a person exercising parental authority. Registration packs which have been paid for, and not collected will be cancelled, and no refunds of any kind will be made.

CANCELLATION
If the race is cancelled and/or does not go ahead for reasons beyond the control of the organizers and/or despite their wishes (including if the relevant public authorities retract their authorization), registered participants will have no right to make any claims against Trentino Eventi S.S.D. a r.l. or other joint organizers and no right to reimbursements for any past or current expenses. By signing a registration application, they waive the right to compensation and/or damages and/or any claims for indemnification and/or settlement for any past or current financial loss.
