Please note: after registration there is no right to claim a refund of the participation fee or the issue of a starter voucher for a later event . The money will not be refunded in any circumstances.
PAYMENT
The entry fee is paid by direct debit or by credit card. Please note that when paying by credit card a processing fee of about 2,50/5,00 Euro will be incurred. Incorrect statements and administrative fees arising through this shall be borne by the participant.
THE REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDES :
- bib number personalized if registered by 20.10 (max 30 characters)
- Race pack containing sponsor’s products;

- Refreshment station after the finish line
- Toilets at the start and at the finish
- Personal clothes transportation from start to the PalaFiere
- Shuttle bus Pre-race transportation from PalaFiere to Torbole sul Garda
- Post-race transportation from arrival area to PalaFiere
BIB NUMBER PICK UP
The race packet with the bib number and the official backpack could be picked up on
Friday 07 : Exposport – PalaFiere – in Riva del Garda from 03.00pm to 07.00pm.
Saturday 08 : Exposport – PalaFiere – in Riva del Garda from 10.00am to 07.00pm.
Sunday 09 : Exposport – PalaFiere – in Riva del Garda from 07.00am to 08.00am.
With the registration each participant declares to be in a healthy condition to take part in the race. With this form the athlete waives, releases and forever discharges the event organizers for all his/her liabilities, claims, actions, or damages that he/she may have against them arising out of or in any way connected with the participation in the race.
ENTRY CONFIRMATION
It will be possible to verify the entry status by following the directions on the following website www.trentinoeventi.it . The assignment of the race number will take place just a few days before the race. A few days before the race, all athletes enrolled will receive an e-mail valid as official “letter of confirmation”. This email will contain all the basic instructions for the race number pick-up and race participation. You do not need to print a hard copy of the email itself; you can bring it on a device like a smartphone or tablet.
